About Formation Stories
Fifty Scripture Stories; One Sacred Story
Formation Stories is a theological formation resource built around fifty narratives that span the whole of Scripture; from Creation to New Creation. Each story is drawn from Open Bible Stories and retold in accessible language for use across languages, cultures, and contexts.
Every story moves through five moments designed to form disciples from the inside out: observing what the text says, interpreting what it means, applying it personally, sharing it within your community, and carrying it into the world around you.
This is not a curriculum to complete. It is a practice to inhabit; one story at a time, one community at a time, in every tongue.
